About Pamelas Playhouse
My childcare program has cared for over 80 children since 1997, and was founded by Pamela Sofie, a parent of two wonderful children. Alita a mother her self of two children and Domonic.
My childcare program focuses on problems solving, decision making and self-help, while promoting interpersonal communications. These are key elements which contribute to the child's development, self esteem and confidence. We also have fun: dancing, listening to music, reading books, making crafts, coloring, free time and going outside (weather permitting).
A Day in Pamela's Playhouse
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday:
Starts at 7:00, children come and has free time and ready for breakfast @ 7:30 - 8:15.
Then we get washed up and free time till 9:00.
During school calendar we have calendar time (counting, alphabet, sign language, spanish, and activities).
10:30 we clean up get ready for lunch @ 11:00
11:00 - 12:00 lunch.
12:00 we start to clean up and get ready for rest time.
rest time is anywhere between 12 and 3:00 for 2 hours.
3:00 we have snack, then have free time till 5:00.
Free time: Going for walks and being outside as well as sliding in the winter time.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday:
I will care for children till 9:00P.M. on these days.
